Most would describe me as a mother, professional coach, somatic trauma therapy practitioner and educational entrepreneur. But in reality, I am just a human on a journey to wholeness. And if you are on my page, so are you.
My passion in life is to support mothers and educators take the journey to wholeness (it takes courage!) and conscious so that they can raise connected, confident and secure children. I believe changing the world starts at home and in the classroom.

I don't work with anyone. I only work with strong women who want to make a difference in the world and are committed to their personal and professional growth. Women who are cycle breakers who refuse to live in autopilot, play small, or allow their saboteurs to run their lives.
As a parent of four children (aged 10 to 20), an educational entrepreneur with a successful early childhood center, and 20+ years experience in the education field, I have developed a 360 degree view on what women and children really need to succeed.Ā I combine neuroscience, education, coaching, and somatic practices to help mothers and teachers let go of self-limiting beliefs, self doubt, and fear so they can better show up for themselves and for the children.Ā
