Leadership isn't a title—it’s how we show up. I believe in embodied, conscious leadership that’s guided by curiosity, courage, and compassion—whether in the classroom, at home, or on the farm.

I'm Zeena

Most would describe me as a mother, professional coach, CTI faculty member, somatic trauma therapy practitioner, and educational entrepreneur. But at my core, I’m simply a human on a journey to wholeness—and if you’ve found your way here, chances are you are too.

My passion is to support mothers and educators in taking the courageous path toward wholeness and consciousness—so they can raise connected, confident, and secure children. I believe changing the world begins in the spaces where children grow: at home and in the classroom.

As part of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) faculty, I also have the privilege of teaching and mentoring the next generation of coaches—facilitating deep, transformational learning experiences for those who feel called to serve others.

I don’t work with just anyone.

As a mother of four (ages 12 to 22), an educational entrepreneur leading a thriving early childhood center, and a professional with over 20 years of experience in the education field, I bring a 360-degree perspective on what women and children truly need to thrive.

My work weaves together neuroscience, education, coaching, and somatic trauma practices to help mothers and educators release fear, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs—so they can show up fully for themselves and the children they serve.
